Cream of wheat pudding

1 qt milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (beat whites)
3/4 cup cream of Wheat
vanilla

Add cream of wheat slowly when milk is hot.

editors note:  Cream of wheat pudding is on the back of the bread pudding recipe.  I wonder if these directions apply to both:  "Combine eggs, sugar, soda, & vanilla.  Add to milk and fold in beaten egg whites."
